The Answers You Need
Is A Deposit Required?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to reserve you party time slot. Deposit is applied to final balance.
Is Food Included in Your Parties?
No, food is not included but can be added on.
Can I Bring In My Own Food?
You can bring in your own cake, cupcakes, drinks, and snacks. If ordering pizza (recommenced) or catering it is done through us.
Can we arrive early to set up?
Rooms are ready at the start of your time slot to ensure they have been properly sanitized.
Who's Included In My Party?
Anyone that goes into our inflatable park will be considered a participant for your party
Can I pay for extra bounce time?
Our 11am, 12pm (hour before), 5pm, and 6pm (hour added to end 5-8pm, 6-9pm) can have an extra hour added for an additional $100
What Type Of Socks Are Required?
Our grippy socks are required and we do have them available for purchase at the front desk.
Can I stay after my party is over?
After food and cake time the party is over. If you choose to stay it would be on an availability basis and at regular entry cost
Where do you order your food from?
We work with local pizza businesses for catering and pizza options.
Are gluten free pizza options available?
Yes, our vendors have gluten free options available upon request.
