FAQ​
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to reserve you party time slot. Deposit is applied to final balance.
Deposit Not Refundable
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY
We understand that plans can change! Unless it's due to weather conditions, please know the $100 deposit is nonrefundable. If 10 days before your party, we can try our best to move party at no extra cost.
IS FOOD INCLUDED IN YOUR PARTIES?
While food isn't included, we do offer a catering menu through our local vendor.
WHO'S INCLUDED IN MY PARTY
Anyone who enters our inflatable park will be regarded as a participant in your party. Any parent spectator wishing to enter the inflatable park will be charged $10
CAN I PAY EXTRA FOR BOUNCE TIME
Our 11am, 12pm (hour before), 5pm, and 6pm (hour added to end 5-8pm, 6-9pm) can have an extra hour added for an additional $100.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
You're more than welcome to bring your own cake, cupcakes, drinks, and snacks to enjoy! Just a quick note: if you're looking to order pizza or catering, we kindly ask that you place those orders through us. We want to make sure everything runs smoothly for your event!
CAN WE ARRIVE EARLY
TO SET UP?
The rooms will be ready at the start of your time slot to make sure they’ve been properly sanitized.
CAN I STAY AFTER MY PARTY IS OVER?
Please help us make sure the room is nice and clean (we're here to help with that too!), and don’t forget to take all your things with you. Afterward, feel free to stick around and have fun!
WHAT TYPE OF SOCKS ARE REQUIRED
We want to ensure your safety and comfort, so grippy socks are required your visit. Don't worry, grippy socks are included for all kids.
